Failure is Now an Option

According to Nature, the science journal Restoration Ecology is dedicating one section to publishing articles that do not confirm expected hypothesis or that do not meet standard levels of statistical significance (HT). Obviously this is a problem in the social sciences as well and it would be great if some of the top journals would follow this example.
